Two Free Tickets on Southwest Airlines

Two free airline tickets!

My wife sent me an email with a link to get 2 free tickets on Southwest Airlines.

Hmm, I was a bit skeptical. However, I was going to fly back to Pennsylvania so I thought I should check it out.

I clicked the link and all I had to do was take a short survey and I would get the tickets.

Then, I had to . . . on and on it went.

It was so masterfully done that I wound up purchasing a skin care kit for my wife, four Disney movies and we got 3 days and 2 nights at the Embassy Suites in San Luis Obispo for only $ 149.00. We just returned from our stay this afternoon. Oh, yes, and we had to drive to the San Luis Bay Inn for a 90-minute timeshare presentation that took 3 hours.

But I'm not complaining. We had a nice time in San Luis Obispo and Avila Beach.

I never did get the tickets.

Be careful when you're trying to get "free" stuff on the Internet. You're going to end up on a marketing company's list. It's not all bad. But be prepared.
