I attended a 2-hour free seminar in Arcadia this past Saturday on real estate investing and how to retire rich. The focus wasn't as much on single family residences as it was on investing in select commercial properties such as storage facilities, multi-unit apartments and medical offices.
The presenter, whom I hope to interview soon, said forget about retail and office spaces since those are more sensitive to the ups and downs of the economy.
I hope to contribute more to my blog soon and will be discussing real estate and ways people are making money in the current economy.
