Budgeting for Cash Flow

If you're starting a new business or wondering why you and your business partners may be having tensions over cash flow then here's an idea:

the way you handle cash flow in your business is different than handling cash flow in your home or personal life.

For example, at home we always pay all of our bills on time.

But in business, this may not necessarily be a smart move.
