How many leads did you have come in during the past month? Are your leads in good shape or are they weak and do you need to get the pump going again?

I've broken leads into referral source, cold calls and warm calls. To me, a cold call doesn't mean you're on the phone but it may represent someone you met for the first time at a business mixer in your area.
