1. Content
a. Develop editorial calendar for fall
b. Use more video interviews

2. Research
a. Driving traffic to blog/web sites (SEO)
b. Blog design, performance
c. Google Adsense Forums
d. Technical trends

3. Bookmark helpful articles, collect in 3-ring binder for easy reference

4. Stay Involved
a. Read 5-10 blogs per week
b. Comment on 5 – 10 blogs per week

5. Evaluate Quarterly
Blog’s effectiveness, appeal and areas for improvement

6. Develop blog “team” or network for feedback, link exchanges

7. Monetize
a. Attract sponsors
b. Track Adsense layouts
c. Turn posts into articles for downloading, either for free with advertising or for pay
d. Use Paypal for donations
e. Research effective venues
