What is an elevator speech?

Can you state what you do in 30 seconds and can you state the benefits you offer a prospective customer?
An elevator speech is something said in roughly the time it takes to go from the bottom floor of a building to the top floor.
Use your elevator speech to:
#1 Positively raise the other person’s interest in you so they’ll ask you further questions
#2 Help your listener understand the benefits you offer to others
#3 Show your competitive uniqueness
#4 Present yourself in an upbeat fashion.

#2 – Individual conversation
“I show families how to generate wealth and pass it on from one generation to the next.”
Elevator Speeches for Real Estate Agents
#1 –Group introductions
“Smart home buying is essential in today’s market. Ask me how to build your home buying IQ to secure your family’s future. I’m (name) at (web or phone).”

“I take pride in showing other people’s homes like they were my own so they’ll sell as profitably as possible.”

My elevator speech may said like this:
"Our health is deterioring, even if you try to eat right, the food we eat doesn't have the proteins and vitamins that our body needs, the daily stress and the increasing contamination is damaging our life style, do you have a health related problem that I can help you with ?? my name is Victor at www.thedragonproject.blogspot.com
I help people with their health so their can live a more rich content life"

Good Victor . . . it could be a bit long, though. Start off with a statement a bit more active . . . "I keep people's bodies chugging right along . . . or running smoothly . . ."
