Housing Prices and Home Sales

Existing home prices are expected to rise to 1.2% to $224,500 this year.

There was a 1% gain last year.

This is according to the National Association of Realtors.

Existing home prices should rise 3.1% in 2008.

Now, just think, I could have written some ridiculous piece on say, Brittany Spears, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan or Nicole Ritchie, instead of giving you this marvelous information!
