Back to You is a new comedy series starring Kelsey Grammer and Patricia Heaton scheduled to air on the FOX network in September.
An excellent article in the Los Angeles Times on Sunday, July 22, raised the question if Back to You, about a news team in Pittsburgh, will be a hit because reality shows, cable and even the Internet have TV audiences fragmented. Two friends, Ryan Hamlin and David Ross, recently launched the coffee roasting company Jameson Brown in Pasadena, California and I enjoyed speaking to them about their new business venture.

Forget Starbucks or the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf companies. The two men personally had a love for coffee as a beverage and as a hobby.
"We started home roasting and it opened up a new world of taste," Ryan told me. "I thought 'I'd love to retire and roast and blend for people."
Ryan and David discussed their idea and after friends gave them positive feedback on the quality of their roasted coffee, they decided to find their niche market for quality roasted beans from around the world.
In my next post, you'll find out how long it took them to plan before opening their doors.
